The Chamber of Commerce East Lancashire (CCEL) is the only Chamber in the UK to have a dedicated Supply Chain Division "Chamber Supply Chain™" (CSC) that has been in operation for over twelve years, delivering procurement programmes to both public and private sectors. It specialises in working with public sector organisation in developing the potential of local provision and works with SMEs in developing their competencies to bid, quote and tender for public and private sector contracts.
CCEL/CSC is the only Chamber in the UK to hold the accolade of "Highly Commended Approved Study Centre" for the Chartered Institute of Purchasing with Centres in Accrington, Sheffield & Rotherham.
CCEL/SCS is the host of the North Lancashire Branch of CIPS.
