Our plastic mesh filters are one of the specialist solutions we offer to meet the needs of bespoke filter applications. We built facilities especially to house our upright plastic injection moulding machines.

These machines are ideally for producing plastic mesh filters. With our innovative equipment and BS EN ISO 9001 certificate, we can offer a variety of high quality filters and filter housings.

Our full ranges of filters are developed with many international companies. Together we have created bespoke filters and a diversity of solutions. You can readily contact us with your project for new filters and obtain a quotation direct from us.

Our filters, as well as being manufactured from plastic, can also be produced in Nylon, polyester and stainless steel. They are cut and pressed on site enabling us to offer successful filter prototyping. 

Our tooling designers use computer aided design software integrated with our CNC machining facilities in order to produce tooling directly from initial drawing and the 3D computer model.

In our beginnings we manufactured press tools, fixtures and jigs. Today, we continue to provide these essential tooling components, and we also combine of expertise and innovative technology to offer a wider scope of tooling solutions targeted at a greater wealth of industry markets.
