Maplan UK are the UK Division of the Austrian Rubber Injection Moulding Machine Manufacturer. Maplan manufacture machines from 15 Tons clamping force up to 2,000 Tons.Maplan's machine series offers both vertical and horizontal models. The vertical clamp units are available with top, bottom or split line injection. Clamp units with 4-tie bars are offered as fully hydraulic or hydro-mechanical systems. As an alternative to the tie bar models, machines in C-frame construction are available as well. Machines can be equipped with the original MAPLAN FIFO rubber injection unit, screw/ram or a TPE unit. The injection units can be used for rubber, solid and liquid silicone. Controls are Generation 5 PC 5000Touch advanced user friendly technology.
