We are one of the largest fabricated steel component suppliers in the UK. We are privately owned and strive to supply the biggest names in construction and equipment manufacturing. We manufacture metal fabrications using materials from 1mm to 60mm depending on customer requirements and application.
Our speciality is medium to high volume batch production. However, we can accommodate one-off projects.
Our diverse experiences and expert knowledge enables us to undertake a wide variety of fabrication engineering services in a diversity of industry sectors.
We provide fabrications for a wide range of industries from one-off art installations to high-volume, batch production runs for the agriculture, specialist vehicle and yellow goods sectors.
We benefit from a six-sigma black-belt, CSWIP Welding Inspectors and various ‘Lean Leaders’ ensuring that all projects are constantly re-assessed for improvements, which generates savings in both cost and time. We have a wide choice of finishing facilities available including phosphate pre-treatments, powder coating, shot blasting, and spraying of single, two pack and water based paints.
We are accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and are committed to ensuring high levels of quality are consistently achieved. We can provide PFMEA, ISIR and PPAP documentation.
Our heavy steel fabrication facilities provide a wealth of solutions to the construction and specialist vehicles sectors. We currently develop and manufacture products such as hydraulic tanks, vehicle chassis, agricultural equipment, excavator buckets and shovels.
Our heavy steel fabrication services are carried out in collaboration with our clients. This close partnership means we keep costs to a minimum without sacrificing on performance or quality.
In addition to the manufacture of steel fabrications, we have the capability of fitting-out and assembling products to enable them to be delivered either line side or fully finished to the end user.
Our ISO 9001:2000 accredited factory is equipped with pre-production jig and tool design and manufacturing capabilities. We integrate the latest, most innovative manufacturing methods in our steel preparation including 3D-CAD and CAM systems, laser profiling and plasma and traditional gas burning.
Our comprehensive, in-house material preparation facilities allow us to quickly react to customer demands and requirements as well as offer our clients high levels of flexibility.
