Throughout our 50 year history, lifting glass has always been a requirement. Over the years we have manufactured a range of glass lifting systems for glazing applications and for the glass manufacturing and supply industries. We have developed a range of glass lifters ranging from small 2 pad lifters to large capacity multipad frames. Specifications include mains or battery powered, single and dual circuit machines and the facility to power tilt and rotate the load. We also supply a range of ground based lifting systems such as glass trollies, and portable winch systems.

We also provide a LOLER inspection and load testing service and can carry out repairs to other makes of lifters.

Vacuum gripper plates are used extensively for lifting multiple objects, such as cans, cartons, tubs and buckets. . We now supply the innovative VUSS vacuum gripper system with its unique valve system. Foam vacuum gripper plates and cup type gripper plates can be supplied in any size for use with new or existing palletizing machinery. The Vuss system offers lighter weight and low maintenance with cost savings over traditional types. We can also provide whole layer palletizing and robotic automation solutions.

We are now authorized to offer a wide range of vacuum cups from Morali. We can supply vacuum cups, vacuum pads, grippers and accessories. Choose from hundreds of cup sizes, available in various materials. Our vacuum cups are usually available from stock on next day delivery to the UK.
