We specialise in waterjet cutting. As well as waterjet cutting, we also provide waterjet profiling, tile waterjet cutting, abrasive steel cutting and foam waterjet cutting. For all of these services we are used to working within tight timeframes with a fast turnaround.
We offer profiling services tailored to each individual client and completed within fine tolerances to precise specifications. We are happy to cut your material or where required we source materials to your requirement.
Waterjet cutting is an innovative technology allowing for intricate, precise cost-effective cutting of a wide range of materials such as abrasive waterjet cutting, aluminium waterjet cutting and stainless steel waterjet cutting.
Further materials include:
Our services include waterjet profiling. From the combination of our technical expertise and Flow's latest dynamic head waterjet technology, we offer a waterjet profiling services tailored to each individual client and completed within fine tolerances to precise specifications.
A stream diameter of less than 1mm generates minimal kerf width permitting tight nesting of parts minimising material wastage. While some softer parts can be cut with pure water, a garnet abrasive is generally added to the stream to cut harder materials.
We accept drawings in most formats including dxf, dwg, ai, cor, vwx, mcd, igs, cdl as well as dimensioned hand drawn images.
We specialise in aluminium waterjet cutting and also cut almost every other material with our advanced waterjet cutting services.
As well as aluminium waterjet cutting, materials we cut also include plastics, foams, carpet and felts. We also cut laminated dissimilar materials. These are often very hard to cut using conventional methods.
We are always happy to test cut a sample of your material free of charge to demonstrate the quality of cut achievable.
Our impressive array of services and capabilities also encompass foam waterjet cutting.
With foam waterjet cutting we can pierce and cut brittle materials such as acrylics and ceramics. In addition, Dynamic Waterjet technology with Active Tolerance Control produces more accurate parts at significantly higher cutting speeds than parts cut with a conventional waterjet.
