Our ballscrew repair provides a free quote and assessment within 48 hours of receipt of unit and 48 hour turnaround for reconditioned and re-balled units. We also have a 25 working day turnaround for reground shafts and ball nuts, as well as a 45 working day turn around for new units and less time for DIN standard styles. We also provide our customers, if required, with on site assistance.

Our ballscrew repairs cater for all makes and designs of ballscrews with diameters up to 120mm and 7.5m long as standard. You can contact us and discuss with our engineers if you have a process dealing with larger sizes.   Our services will be enhanced for breakdown emergencies to include a standard clean, polished shaft and nut and a rebuilt ballscrew with new balls and set preload torque.

We also provide new spindles and were recently appointed by Robert Renaud to represent them in the UK. For over 20 years, this Switzerland-based company have been manufacturing belt driven and electro-spindles including high frequency spindles for milling, diamond milling, turning, grinding, and engraving.

Their high frequency spindles can be combined and equipped with encoders, nose temperature probes and motor temperature probes. Sizes range from 20mm to 200mm, and 38mm to 200mm for high frequency spindles
