We specialise in window film application (also known as glass film) in the commercial sector and the public sector, supplying and installing a wide range of specialist window films and vinyl graphics. And, because we have been specialists in window film installation for over 30 years, you can be assured of excellent service.

Extensive Range of Glass Films
Our extensive range of window films includes the following products:
  • Solar film Solar control and insulation film reduces solar glare, summer heat gain and winter heat loss, thus reducing energy costs all year round.
  • Safety film Safety window film, security window film and bomb blast protection film (also known as glass fragment retention film) combat three major problems associated with glazed areas, and all at a fraction of the cost of reglazing:
  • Privacy film While many installations use solar control window film, safety & security window film, or manifestation graphics, there's also a range of window films for several other specialist purposes, including:
  • Privacy film - black-out/white-out, mirror/reflective, frosted/opaque
  • Museum film - also known as fade reduction film or UV film
  • Anti-graffiti film to protect glass against graffiti vandals.
  • Manifestation graphics Applied Window Films sister company, Manifestation Grafix, is a specialist designer and supplier of glass and glazing identification materials - generically known as manifestation graphics. These specialised vinyl graphics meet the legal requirements for glass visibility - i.e. they make glass more apparent to avoid accidental human impact. The glass visibility regulations relate to:
  • Transparent glass doors
  • Curtain walling
  • Fully glazed partitioning
Combining Properties
Many of the properties of the above window films can be combined to provide a single, multi-purpose film - eg. a solar control window film with bomb blast protection properties.

Accreditations with GGF, IWFA & ConstructionLine

Applied Window Films is accredited by all the quality film manufacturers and holds full membership of the Glass and Glazing Federation - GGF, the International Window Film Association - IWFA, and ConstructionLine, the UK register of qualified construction services. The monitoring role of these organisations assures our customers of an excellent window film application job.
