At Aruba Resourcing, we offer a transparent and competitive fee structure, and whilst keeping our very high levels of customer service andsuccessful recruitment delivery we have kept our overheads to a minimum to be able to pass on typically lower fees.
For our 3 core service offerings, we outline below our transparent fee structure
Executive Search Fees – 26%
Most search firms usually charge 30%-40%+ on the full package £value of an executive hire and invoicing in ‘Thirds’ (billing 1/3 for the retainer, 1/3 at shortlist and 1/3 at placement). At Aruba, we try and lessen your financial outlay at the outset. Firstly, by only applying our executive search fees on the candidate basic salary and car/car allowance (no shares, bonuses or other financial elements of the package are included). Additionally, by providing a fee structure of 26% which we apply as follows: ¼ for the retainer, ¼ at shortlist presentation and ½ on placement.
Contingency Search Fees – 12%
Whilst some account for 20%-30% fees, we have an enviable position of low overhead costs which allow us to charge a nominal fee of 12% of basic salary across the board. This is only charged on successful placement of the candidate.
