Precision Timing Belt Conveyor Systems
6 October 2017Modern industrial automation, product assembly, manufacturing and packaging applications require products to be positioned in an exact place on the conveyor at the right time. Increasingly our customers requesting high positional accuracy and therefore we have been proposing our precision timing belt conveyors.
These conveyors offer high precision product location based on the use of toothed timing belts and servo motors. These motors provide indexing repeatability of +/- 1mm, all at a rate of 100 indexes per minute. This level of precision is critical, especially for robotic pick and place applications.
