Bumby Design Co Ltd were established in 1996, and since then, our company profile has grown in reputation and esteem. We have a four acre site where our bespoke engineered components are produced using our advanced design suites and manufacturing facilities including 3 and 5 axis machinery centres and CNC lathes.
Our company grew with extensive knowledge of industry areas and applications. We employ no sales people and the majority of sales are generated from repeat business and recommendations.

Special Conveyor System
27 February 2020This special conveyor system transports 1" thick chip board tiles into a mechanical press, it comprises of a pneumatic lift table, pusher device and driven conveyors using low friction gears for a longer life. The unit operates accurately by using programmed servo motors and again is fully integrated into the production line. This unit was mounted on rails to allow unrestricted access to the press for maintenance and repair.
