We work with many blue chip companies throughout the UK & Northern Europe. We specialise in short batch runs and tight tolerance machining. Our manufacturing facility is equipped with state of the art OMAX machining centres. Aquajet complies to Quality standard BS EN9001.

OMAX Demo Days
23 October 2021Aquajet would like to invite you to attend a November “Demo Days” event, which we are running in conjunction with OMAX.
As well as allowing potential waterjet owners to experience the OMAX Waterjet technology firsthand, this will provide an excellent opportunity to learn more about waterjet cutting capabilities, as well as meeting the team. Most of the in-person events are scheduled from 8th to 12th November, but other dates are available.
Water Jets offer remarkable Application Versatility, as OMAX abrasive waterjets can cut almost any material quickly and accurately over a wide range of thicknesses with no heat-affected zone.
In our demonstration facility we have an OMAX 60120 Jetmachining Centre with Tilt A Jet (taper compensation) and a Rotary Axis; an OMAX-MAXIEM 2040 Waterjet with 5 Axis A-Jet, along with the compact ProtoMAX Abrasive Waterjet.
During the visit we can carry out a test cut of your material, to demonstrate the advantages of cutting it on the OMAX Abrasive Waterjet machine. As well as receiving a comprehensive parts cut analysis from an experienced Application Specialist, we can produce a detailed report of your parts cut on an OMAX waterjet machine.
