We have undetaken numerous market research projects in the charity and voluntary sector. We carry out research for third sector organisations of all sizes, including Cancer Research UK, CLIC Sargent, The British Council and Macmillan, the Booktrust, Carers Federation, British Red Cross and the RSPB. Our knowledge of this sector is wide ranging, and our interviews are trained to deal with emotionally difficult subjects and emotional or vulnerable respondents - such as those currently suffering an illness, or with substance or alcohol abuse for instance.
