Accuracy and repeatability in laboratory heat seal testing is imperative, and the HSE-3 provides precision digital controls for this purpose. The benefits of the HSE-3 is that you can choose the heat sealing bar configuration, either single (upper) or Dual (upper and lower, meets ASTM F2029). The user can effortlessly change the sealing bar for various surface areas or surface finishes. It provides accurate and repeatable seals due to precision ground sealing faces and jaw guidance system. It benefits from a versatile application for flexible materials, blister packs and pots. It is also low maintenance with 12 months between calibrations.
