  2. Color Touch Pc- Technidyne

    Color Touch Pc- Technidyne
Quick. Exact. Versatile. When making decisions on whether a product meets customer specifications, the need to have all the data to evaluate the product is necessary. With swing-in calibration, primary calibration, Color Touch PC software, sample viewing, and optional equipment, the Color Touch PC boasts functionality that is far beyond standard colour evaluation. Samples may be measured under 4 different calibrated light sources or 2 user defined sources. The device is also capable of sampling whiteness under different fluorescing conditions. Color data may be calculated with 6 color spaces, 10 illuminants and 2 observers. The Color Touch PC software provides setup flexibility to allow customer specific data presentations. In today's world of strict standards and high demands, the data needed to assess whether a product meets customer specification is imperative when making decisions. The Color Touch PC can be trusted to precisely gather this critical data.
  3. Falling Rod Viscometer

    Falling Rod Viscometer
Falling Rod Viscometer from Kershaw Instrumentation. Falling Rod Viscometer is used to measure the viscosity of printing inks. This unit is designed to measure the time it takes for a precision rod to fall 10 cm. After several "fall times" are measured, the viscosity and yield value of the ink can be calculated by using the software included with the instrument or by using your own technique. This test conforms to ASTM. The basic system consists of the instrument stand, rod and collar, and a 100 gm weight.
  4. Novo-Shade Duo Reflectometer Rhopoint

    Novo-Shade Duo Reflectometer Rhopoint
The Novo-Shade Duo reflectometer can be used to calculate either the shade of a surface (a simple indication of colour based on lightness/darkness) or calculate the opacity of a coating, plastic film or paper sample. Measuring using 0/45º the Novo-Shade Duo measures the colour of a surface and not the specular reflectance (gloss). It features an automatic calibration mode for safe and fast calibration and has a continuous-read feature for quickly checking large surfaces. Its statistical analysis gives and instant indication of batch quality. The operator can download, analyse and store reading in Novo-Soft. It comes with an extended two year warranty which is free for registered products and an extended life light source with over 10 years operation.
  5. Novo-Shade Opacity Meter Rhopoint

Measuring using 0/45º the Novo-Shade Duo measures the colour of a surface and not the specular reflectance (gloss). It features automatic calibration mode for safe and fast calibration, a continuous-read feature for quickly checking large surfaces. The statistical analysis give an instant indication of batch quality and you are able to download analaise and store readings in Novo-Soft. It comes with a two year extended warranty (which is free for registered products) and an extended life light source- over 10 years operation.
  6. Profile/Plus Color Touch

    Profile/Plus Color Touch
Consistence in visual characteristics of paper produce most frequently drives the market acceptance of a product. The PROFILE/Plus™ Color Touch supplies unmatched capacity for appearance evaluation. Designed to be in exact compliance with ISO Optical Standards, the PROFILE/Plus™ Color Touch utilises the same optical design, spectral detectors, and analysers as Technidyne's other spectrophotometers, the Color Touch 2 and the Color Touch PC. Integrating this standardization with PROFILE/Plus™ automation produces a powerful evaluation tool for the paper industry. The PROFULE/Plus™ Color Touch is versatile and can measure the same sample under three different UV sources and calculate colour data with 6 colour spaces, 10 illuminants and 2 observers. It can be optionally equipped with ERIC 950TM technology for measuring recucles content and deinking efficiency and its many different sample backings allows you to design test routines specific to machines and grades.
  7. Profile/Plus Formation

    Profile/Plus Formation
The visual appearance of paper has for many years been the first indication to the paper maker and the consumer alike of the relative quality of the product. If only there was a way to not only guarantee the best formation every time, but also to quantify differences in formation over different scales. This is the concept behind the PROFILE/Plus™ Formation instrument. It uses technology that has been developed to give a clearer picture of paper formation. These 10 scales of formation give a much more accurate indication of paper formation than most single number testers. There is a new technique partitions formation into different scales. It can give a better understanding of how formation quality affects sheet properties and provides more detailed information than conventional optical formation techniques. The PROFILE/Plus™ Formation easily compares results to a 'production standard or to 'perfect paper and is more consistent and reliable than visual assessments.
  8. St-041 Industrial Thermometer Amecal

    St-041 Industrial Thermometer Amecal
This Industrial Thermometer features a large, easy-to-read LCD display. Measures 0.1°C up to 300°C then 1°C to 1372°C. A range of thermocouple probes for a variety of different applications are available (no probes included). "A rugged and easy-to-use thermometer with a wide temperature range" The industrial thermometers works with type K thermocouples, features a HOLD function, a low batter display (5year battery life approx), auto-off after 10 minutes.
