At Castech (UK) Ltd we also specialise in Pressure Die Casting. Using non-ferrous metals and different alloys such as Aluminium and Zinc, we are able to create high quality castings of different sizes and different levels of intricacy. Our castings have short lead times and can be made in medium to high batches. It is well known that Die Casting Tooling is high cost. However, the initial high start up costs can quickly be eradicated because of the low cost unit prices available. All tooling is manufactured using state of the art CNC Machinery and fully inspected before production runs can go ahead. Castings are hand finished by our highly skilled work force and checked for accuracy and consistency using specific gauges and jigs. A final shot-blasting process allows for a variety of different surface finishes including anodising, alochroming and painting. We can provide Certificate of Conformance upon request.
