    Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)
We specialise in differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) used to characterise the thermophysical properties of polymers. Differential scanning calorimetry is used primarily for measuring properties such as:
    • Melting temperature, Tm
    • Specific heat capacity, Cp
    • Heat of fusion, Hf
    • degree of crystallinity
    • glass transition temperature, Tg </ li>
    • freezing temperature, Tf,
    • oxygen induction time and temperature (OIT)
and reaction kinetics. The system has an operating range of -60°C to over 600°C and has gas switching capability.
