The streamlined, self-purging flow channel design eliminates hang-ups and permits fast and easy colour changing. The moulding of temperature sensitive polymers is made simple by the distributed wattage heater element, which provides an even temperature profile along the bush length, with no additional heaters being required for most polymers.

Conductor Hot Runner Controller
Conductor is the proven modular controller from Fast Heat. Pulse Hot Runner Controller
Pulse is the new System controller from Fast Heat, controlling up to 180-zones. These units come in 30-zone; 60-zone; 90-zone; 120-zone; 150-zone and 180-zone combined cabinets. Easily controlled with an eye-level, back-lit colour LCD panel.
