Here at V and F Sheet Metal in Hampshire, UK we can bend sheet metal sections with a range of CNC press brakes. We currently (2015) have 6 CNC press brakes with the latest being a Safan e-Brake 100 ton CNC press brake installed in 2015. These bending machines can fold components from just a few mm across up to 3M long and from 0.3mm to 10mm thick. Using 3D graphics and automatic bend sequence software small batches of sheet metal work can easily be CNC programmed; top and bottom bend tooling set up ready to start bending within minutes helping us to keep down the cost of your sheet metal components. These bending machines are also well suited to produce bent components in larger volumes.
