Digital Thermometer And Hand Held Probe Pt100 Rtd
The Ref-Therm10 is a hand-held digital thermometer that measures to 0.01°C resolution, with a detachable hand-held temperature probe, UKAS calibrated together as a system at 6 temperatures. The digital thermometer is a TM-917HA, with large display and Min & Max memory functions. In addition it can measure thermocouples, via a mini socket. The hand-held probe is 3mm diameter, 150mm long, with 1m PTFE lead and contains a Class A Pt100 bulb. The probe is also available separately with other connectors; 4-wire Pt100 RTD MI Hand-held Probe, 3mm dia x 150mm long, 1m PTFE Lead. It is UKAS calibrated at -18°C. 0°C, 70°C, 100°C, 120°C and 165°C. It has a large and easy to read LCD display and hold function. A 0.01°/0.1° selectable and you can choose between °C and °F. Rhopoint Iq Flex 20 Small Area Gloss Meter
The Rhopoint IQ Flex 20 quantifies surface quality problems such as orange and peel and haze that are invisible to a standard glossmeter and profiles how light is reflected from a surface. Previously only available for measuring flat surfaces, this technology is now available in a new format specifically designed for curved surfaces and small & delicate parts. This incredibly advanced instrument measures. The Rhopoint IQ Flex 20's compact measuring head enables curved surfaces and small areas to be measured easily. Its interchangeable magnetic adaptors allow reduced measurement spot sizes down to 4 or 2mm. It offers bespoke 3d printed adaptor jobs for repeatable sample position or alternatively there are rubber, felt or plastic adaptors that you can specify for delicate surfaces. The non-contact adaptor plates allow the measurement head to be fixed above moving products on line or robotised. There is a single button push to measure all parameters for easy identification of non-conformance with onboard statistics (max, min, mean, S.D.) and graphs. You can also have results batching with user definable names. The Rhopoint Data Widger allows results to be instantly transmitted to any PC package and the Bluetooth compatibility means that you can transmit the data to any tablet, smart phone or PC. The TH23-St is suitable for hard materials such as steel, plastics and stone etc. It is made of hardened steel 58HRC with black phosphate coating. IT has a temperature range of 0°C- +350°C with nickel plated platens available on request with a temperature range of 70°-+350°C. Wedge Grips 20Kn And 50Kn Th243
The TH243-20 and TH243-50 are multi purpose, self-tightening grips suitable for metal or plastic specimens (with medium strength) etc. They are easy to use and the grips feature a lever arm for quick loads and releasing of the samples. The wedge-shaped design of the jaws causes the clamping force to increase as tension is applied during the test. The Th243-20 has a tensile force of 20kN and a temperature range of 0°C- +130°C (TH243-20) and 70°C- +280°C (TH243-20-Ni and TH234 20+TK option). The body is steel and phosphate coated (TH243-20) or steel and nickel plated (TH243-20-Ni). Each grip weighs 3.8kg without jaws.
