Hs-2 Laboratory Heat Sealer Rdm
Precision production heat sealer- for accurate and repeatable determination of heat seal threshold. Produces seals of 5 to 25 mm wide and up to 50 mm long. Accurate control of heat sealing process variables (temperature, pressure, and time), enables an optimal balance of material specification, packaging machine speed and seal integrity. Accuracy and repeatability in laboratory heat seal testing is critical, and the HS-2 has become established as the 'Industry Standard' for this purpose. The HS-2 benefits from choosing heat sealing bar configuration, either single (upper) or dual (upper and lower, meets ASTM F2029). User can easily change sealing bar for a variety of surface areas or surface finishes. The HS-2 has accurate and repeatable seals due to the precision ground sealing faces and jaw guidance system. It boasts versatile applications for flexible materials, blister packs and pots. Hsx-1 Production Heat Sealer Rdm
The HSX-1 Production Heat Sealer RDM is a Touch screen precision production heat sealer- for production of repeatable high quality heat seals and determination of heat seal threshold. Produces seals from 5 to 25 mm wide and up to 400 mm long. Precise control of heat sealing process variables (temperature, pressure, and time), facilitates an optimal balance of material specification, packaging machine speed and seal integrity. Accuracy and repeatability in laboratory heat seal testing is vital, and the HSX-1 provides the technology and reliability to deliver time after time. An intelligent controller and touch screen user interface stores numerous settings for later recall, and controls settings to produce high quality seals. The HSX-1 is used as both a semi-production heat sealer and for determination of heat seal threshold. With the HSX-1 you benefit from being able to choose heat sealing bar configurations, either singe (upper) or dual (upper and lower, which meets ASTM F2029). The operator can easily change the sealing bar for various areas and surface finishes. The HSX-1 produces accurate and repeatable seals due to precision ground sealing faces and advanced jaw guidance system. It has versatile applications for flexible materials, blister packs and pots.
