A fast, precise and cost effective process, our high pressure die casting provides the shortest solution from molten metal to a complete component. Meeting the high demands of hi-tech industries, our high pressure die casting involves injecting molten metal (zinc or aluminium) into a steel hardened tool mould, than allowing it to solidify under high pressure before the ejection process.
Our high pressure die casting machines are able to produce locking forces between 220 and 530 tonnes, utilising the latest in computerised real time shot controls, die spraying and automatic ladling. This allows us to produce high quality dimensional tolerances and product appearance where this is critical, although large volumes cannot be guaranteed.
