At MRT Castings, we have one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in producing gravity castings within the UK foundry industry. Using a range of microprocessor controlled hydraulic casting machines, we have optimised the productivity of our gravity casting, increasing production rates, consistency and shortening lead times. This allows for much better surface finishes and better mechanical properties, making this process much cheaper and accurate than sand casting.
