Our 5 Axis machinery has the capacity to cut virtually any material up to a capacity of 3000mm x 1700mm x 350mm. Abrasive waterjet machining provides many advantages over alternative cutting methods such as laser, these include cold- cutting, resulting in no heat affected zone (HAZ) and material hardening, Omni-directional cutting, which is the ability to cut in any direction, operates with a small cutting width (kerf), resulting in excellent material utilisation, Provides a high quality cut finish providing net-shape or near net-shape parts illiminating the requirement of secondary processing on many application. Abrasive waterjet machining is particularly 'friendly' to the environment.
