Compound Targets
We can supply customers with compound sputtering targets in various types to meet your specifications. At Testborne we have available oxides, nitrides, borides, sulphides, selendies, tellurides, carbides and crystalline compounds - each compound offers different properties and is suited to a slightly different application.
We can advise on your choice to ensure you select the right material and have the capability to manufacture compounds using vacuum pressing, hot and isostatic pressing and cold sintering. Our targets can be made in circular or rectangular forms in sizes from 1-inch up to 20-inches.

ISO-KF Small Flange Components
We can supply customers with a huge range of small flange components from the ISO-KF range of products manufactured by Inficon. All of the components that we supple are fully quality checked in in line with our quality management system in line with ISO 9001:2008.
Small flange components within the ISO-KF range include stainless steel bellows, metal hoses and extra-flexible hoses; clamping rings, rapid fastening clamps and hose clip clamps, chain clamps, and claw grips. The range also includes centering and O-rings, pipe fittings and blank and tube flanges.

Pure Metal Targets
Here at Testborne we can provide pure metal sputtering targets in varying purity levels and in a wide range of pure metal types. The metal targets can be used in applications such as semiconducting films, lubricant films, high index films, and capacitor dielectric films. Exactly how the production on the metal target is made depends on the type of target and material required.
We can use techniques such as vacuum melting, hot-pressing, and press-sintering to create targets in sizes from between 1" and 20" in diameter for circular targets, and up to 2000mm for rectangular. Amongst the metal types available are aluminium, cobalt, copper, gold, lead, nickel, magnesium, and zinc. Our standard purity is 99.9 per cent.
