    Buzz, Squeak and Rattle (BSR) testing is an integral part of the assessment of automotive components. BSR acoustic testing functions through the analysis of sound waves emitted by the components when they make noises such as buzzing, squeaking, or rattling and therefore indicate poor fitting, wear or the need for lubrication.

    Here at Data Physics we offer a variety of testing instruments for assessing automotive components - we can supply SignalForce Shakers and Vibration Controllers for the evaluation of noises, and our SignalCalc Dynamic Signal Analysers for third party measurements during BSR testing.
