By specialising in low volume runs, we ensure our customers receive highly accurate parts that are manufactured using the latest CMM measuring technology. Other services we offer include manual and conventional milling and grinding, done at very competitive prices to ISO9001 standards.
We have a number of CNC milling facilities that include:
- The Cincinnati Dart 500 Vertical Milling Centre with a X500mm, Y500mm, Z510mm and 20 station auto tool changer capacity
- The Yang Eagle 100 Vertical Milling Centre with a X1000mm, Y500mm, Z510mm and 20 station auto tool changer capacity
Both machines are linked to our Mastercam CadCam system.
