At Fort Precision Engineering, we specialise in low volume, small batch CNC turning. This ensures we are able to provide our customers with high quality parts, accurately inspected using the latest CMM measuring technology to provide a product that meets your exact specifications. The range of CNC turning machines we have available include:
- The XYZ Proturn SLX555 has a swing bed of 560mm and 2m long, ideal for either small or 1 off batches. Using ProtoTrak controls for both manual and CNC turning.
- Cincinnati Hawk 200c has a working multifeed bar up to 51mm for medium to large batches in a collet chuck and parts catcher. This machine is loaded and programmed using our Mastercam CadCam system.
- The XYZ Proturn 410 has the same functions as the SLX555, although is slightly smaller with a swing over bed of 280mm and 1.2m in length.
- Our Excel Mustang 400 CNC Precision Centre Lathe has a 200mm diameter and 600mm length capacity. This CNC precision lathe has an easy to use Fagor control.
