A 14 pin DIL, HCMOS/TTL oscillator with ceramic substrate providing a high reliability and well-proven oscillator design, approved to MIL spec. ZY2000 series XOs are packaged in the industry-standard 14 pin DIL package. The part is MIL compliant, screening to MIL-PRF-55310 is available if required.
