The Karmelle 4CT capping machine is designed to tighten screw caps on a wide range of containers, which can be processed wither continuously or at random. The 4CT capper is equiped with adjustable speed control so can be matched with any conveyor speeds. Karmelle now have exclusive rights to manufacture the Newmann 4CT capper.

Karmelle Ltd offers a range of fully automatic filling equipment. Ready to scale-up production, or looking to automate your entire liquid packaging operation? Choose from Inline Volumetric and Flowmeter Fillers, high-speed Rotary Fillers, or the compact Mini Monoblock, a Rotary Filler with integrated capper and labeller. 

This compact semi-automatic filling machine is ideal for small volumes and short runs. Its flexibility, accuracy, rapid changeovers and small footprint make it a great option for start-ups and smaller businesses. 

Run on compressed air, the Bench Top Filling Machine has a fill range of 100ml - 1L. 

The Boom Arm Filler is ideal for filling large volumes into cannisters, IBCs and drums.

This semi-automatic filling machine can be designed to meet your production needs. The volumetric pump can be adjusted to dispense volumes of between five or ten litres in double-acting strokes. Weighing platforms are also available.

The FZ4 detection system offers the best of the latest vision technology - using Omron vision sensors and foil seal detection and artfully integrating them into the system for high speed processing, allerting failed caps via Amber stop Beacon/Sounder.

The CT6 Spindle Capper is a fully automatic capping machine designed to close a variety of containers and caps in an automatic operation.

The spindles are interchangeable, with tightenning discs available in a number of different grades suited to a range of caps and closures.

Karmelle offers three different models of Drum/IBC Filling machine: volumetric, gravimetric and flowmeter.

Our Flowmeter and Volumetric Boom Arm Fillers enable the operator to accurately fill large containers, such as drums and IBCs. 

The Gravimetric Boom Arm Filler features weigh-scales, with a drain point and front bumper for forklifts.
