The MAX linear window opener is ideal for use if you have a roof vent that needs to be opened and closed. It provides you with high speed opening and noiseless operation so you won't be disturbed if you work or rest in the same room as the roof vent. And a 1.5m length of cable is included with the opener to make fitting and setting up the opener easy.
The standard MAX linear opener has an opening stroke of 300mm, but we can also supply you with a 500mm option if you need that extra bit of ventilation in your building. The opener is silver in colour and provides IP65 Protection Rating against the ingress of water and dust, so you don't need to worry about rain getting into the mechanism and damaging it.
