    Compound Targets
    We can supply customers with compound sputtering targets in various types to meet your specifications. At Testborne we have available oxides, nitrides, borides, sulphides, selendies, tellurides, carbides and crystalline compounds - each compound offers different properties and is suited to a slightly different application.

    We can advise on your choice to ensure you select the right material and have the capability to manufacture compounds using vacuum pressing, hot and isostatic pressing and cold sintering. Our targets can be made in circular or rectangular forms in sizes from 1-inch up to 20-inches.
