Here at V and F Sheet Metal in Hampshire, UK we can bend sheet metal sections up to 3M long using our brand new (2015) Safan e-Brake 100 ton CNC press brake. This bending machine can fold components as small as your finger nail up to 3M long and from 0.3mm to 10mm thick. Using 3D graphics and automatic bend sequence software small batches of sheet metal work can be CNC programmed, tools set up ready and bending started within minutes helping us to keep your component prices down.
