Plastic moulded cases are available in broadly three different styles: All available with foam inserts.

• Injection Moulded Polypropylene Cases
• High Performance Resin Cases (HPRC)
• ABS Moulded Cases
• Bespoke Molded Cases
• Molded Cases

The more budget polypropylene cases are a range that start at the smallest (which will accommodate up to A6 paper size), and includes many shapes and sizes up to larger half a metre long sizes. These are often available in different colours and may be silk-screen printed to promote your company, or identify the product. Cases may also be foamed out internally to make the perfect housing or presentation for your kit.

ABS molded cases are available in over 60 sizes and case depth can then be varied to suit your requirement. Not all sizes are stocked in every available depth so please contact us for more information.

In Case your requirements are for standard briefcases or custom built Molded Cases, you have found the manufacturers than can help you. Again these cases may be printed and foam filled as required.

High Performance Resin DuroCases are the top of the range carrying and shipping case. These are IP 67 rated with an automatic pressure equalisation valve built in. Foam inserts are available as standard, cube cut for DIY applications or, for  higher quantities we can die cut, fabricate and fit the interior with foam to suit your requirement.

Aluminium cases are available in many styles and shapes. Standard sized AluLite cases are available from stock in the sizes stated.

The five case build types offer different solutions to different problems:

• AceCase - when weight is a premium manufactured in the UK using innovative materials for a strong lightweight alternative to the traditional transit case
• Transit Cases - Our transit cases can be supplied to almost any dimension you require.
• Full Flight Cases - manufactured with recessed fittings and 10 or 12mm aluminium faced plywood to endure the toughest handling whilst keeping the contents safe and secure.
• Heavy Duty Obsidian Black Cases - The perfect upgrade from a tradittional flight case IP rated and MOD tested.

We are able to supply bespoke built cases (MOQ 5 units) there are three main categories:

The AceCase gives a strong but lightweight construction with the flexibility to make the case virtually any size or shape. Anodised aluminium frame sections and lightweight hollow section polypropylene panels produce a very ‘high end’ case with first class looks that will last for years and years to come.
 

The Custom Transit Case  is a more traditional construction, utilising aluminium panels and frame extrusions with surface mount fittings and lighter weight 7mm side walls. We are bespoke case manufacturers and can offer

Again almost any size may be specified.

Full Flight Cases are the heaviest in the range and the highest specification. Often built on wheels or with skids for fork lift handling, these cases are manufactured with recessed fittings, 10mm and 12mm panel wall sections and are designed to withstand the abuse of carriage handling and long distance shipping. No standard sizes are stocked and we build to your specification.

Light-weight and modern, our range of AluLite cases are fully lined and come with comprehensive multi pocket lid wallet organiser sections.

Our  range of engineers and tool cases includes heavy duty, top of the range tool cases for the professional to lightweight and durable cases for engineers who don't need to carry large or heavy instruments daily.

Our Scene of Crime Officer (SOCO) cases have been developed with practicality in mind. They feature paperwork and organiser lid folio, divider / toolboard panel and a blue brushed nylon faced foam insert in the base. We are bespoke case and case interiors manufacturers and can tailor make cases and interiors to suit your exact requirements (minimum order quantities may apply)

Our range of medical cases or standard carrying cases may be modified and customised with the use of special foam inserts, mouldings and fabrications. If required cases may also be manufactured in flame retardant material, special colours, and printed with logos and graphic designs.
