Blue Solutions is a consultancy-led, software-only IT trade distributor based in Wokingham, Berkshire. Our customers are IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Resellers, VARs, Solution Providers, System Integrators and Consultants, typically providing IT support and solutions to the SMB and mid-market space with up to 1,000 users.
The specialisations of our Partners are as diverse as the end-users they serve, from security, disaster recovery, backup and remote support, through to cloud services, bespoke software development, virtualization and more. Our key Vendor partners are Trend Micro (market leading endpoint, network and cloud security solutions), Attix5 (powering the DataFortress cloud backup and recovery service) and LabTech Software (RMM - remote monitoring and management platform). DataFortress and LabTech are exclusive to Blue Solutions in the UK.
We employ in-house product specialists and technical expertise dedicated to each, and together with strong Vendor relationships, are able to offer the very best pre and post-sales support. We also run regular webinars, and can provide training, consultancy and end-user touch where required. Our focus is on products and services that provide our customers with recurring revenues and strong margins, that add a genuine competitive edge to their businesses, and help them to become more profitable. We firmly believe that this applies to our key Vendors.
We supply the entire Microsoft portfolio too, and employ MCP qualified advisors who are experts in the various licensing options available, including OEM, retail boxed and Academic versions where applicable. To complement our role as 'trusted advisors' to our growing network of Partners, we also stock a wide range of products from all the other major Vendors, including Symantec, McAfee, Panda Security, Adobe, Sage and many more available to order on our website, or from our team of experienced Account Managers by phone or email.
