Draft - drawings advising best way to extend your premises,
Survey - survey of premises to produce the proposed drawings.
Planning Permission - advice given on whether planning permission required. We take care of the submission and communications with the council.
Building Regulations approval - once planning permission achieved, we achieve building regulations approval from building control, through detailed drawings. Drawings are used for builders to make a quote.
Cost - depends on size of project. Revisions to the drawings following the planning or building regulations application, will have no extra cost.
Structural Calculations - most jobs require structural calculations to be included in the building regulations application. Our contacts for structural engineers will provide this information.
