CCM started life as a payroll training company in 1980, and soon released the first payroll software system. After supplying large organisations with payroll software for some time, CCM began offering payroll services with the introduction of the LPAY payroll bureau and its then unique Live "on-line" payroll outsourcing.

Initially the focus was on the East Midlands, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire. However, it was not long before payroll services were being provided nationwide.

All core payroll software development and support is undertaken by CCM with no third party involvement. This is very important to our customers, as they may be certain that individual needs can be catered for quickly and cost effectively by highly qualified staff that only specialise in the LPay system.

Our experience and expertise allows us to offer payroll services to organisations of up to many thousand employees located anywhere in the UK (including Jersey, Guernsey, Eire and the Isle of Man).

Within the last two years CCM have extended their product range to include a web based human resource system built on world leading hr software. This service includes employee and manager self service as well as extensive and customisable workflow processes.
