CTP is a family owned business formed in 1974 dedicated to offering the complete solution in terms of pressed metal & plastic injection moulded components. We offer our expertise from product inception and prototype development.

Modern Technology Throughout
Our 3D CAD/CAM and CNC Wire and Vertical Machining Centre capabilities are fully utilised in the design and manufacture of tools for our in-house production and for a customers' own manufacturing facilities. Our production utilises modern technology both in control systems and manufacturing hardware.

Large Spread of Capability
We have power press capability from 5 to 160 tonne in Hare, C-frame and double ram configuration including modern tool protection techniques and servo strip feed control. In addition we can deep draw to 100mm and have spot welders up to 75kVA. Our injection moulding capability is single or multi cavity tooling for use on 25T, 80T, 450T & 600T machines.

Ancillary Processes
We endeavour to offer a full service with in-house assembly which includes a 6 axis articulated CNC robotic arc welding cell and sub contract processes such as finishing through approved suppliers can complete customer needs.
