At C S Labels we have seen over the last couple of years that most of our customers ordering patterns have changed and the
run lengths have become smaller with increasingly quicker turnarounds being required.

With this in mind we purchased the Xeikon 3000 press.

The Xeikon 3000 digital press uses the latest contact fusing technology to provide exceptional high quality (1200dpi) self
adhesive labels without the need to produce costly films or plates.

Xeikon Digital Label Printing is capable of printing onto a wide range of substrates in CMYK + white. Our most common
materials are semi gloss paper, gloss and clear polypropylene, silver/gold paper and card up to 240gsm.

As the Xeikon uses enhanced dry toners as opposed to solvents the Xeikon is one of the most environmentally friendly
digital presses on the market and the toners are approved for food grade.

The Xeikon press is the perfect press for printing variable data, sequential numbering, and barcodes. You are able to print
variable data from an excel spreadsheet directly onto your labels opening up lots of promotional opportunities.

We supply a wide range of chemical labels for many industries. We offer various BS5096 approved materials and adhesives to satisfy all the chemical labelling criteria. Labels can be varnished or laminated.

If you export your labels and require multi-lingual text or large amounts of information printed we can supply booklet labels
and Peel & Reveal labels for your products.

We can produce sequential numbering / batch numbering or any coding to your labels. We can receive data from excel
spreadsheets and incorporate the data directly on to your labels in any position.

What ever your preferred barcode symbology we can produce it. 2D & 3D codes can also be printed in any position on your
labels. We verify all our codes so that they are guaranteed to scan and we can supply a print out that we can supply for your
records.

Our studio is equipped with the latest Apple Macintosh equipment enabling us to offer the complete service from original concept through to your finished products.

A wide range of papers and synthetic materials available including gold's and silvers. They can be supplied with permanent, peelable, freezer, removable high temperature adhesives to suit your exact requirements

Your self adhesive labels can be supplied on rolls or sheeted. You can add UV varnish, super gloss varnish or you can over
laminate your labels for harsher environments
