EPS Packaging
Expanded polystyrene is a cheap, light-weight cushioning material suitable for end caps or fully enclosed packaging for protection in transit. Densities are available in a range from Low, Medium, High, Extra High and Ultra High EPS depending on application and can be supplied with a Fire Retardant Additive. We supply all types of EPS packaging, cut to size insulation sheets, beads suitable for bean bags, corner protectors, cake dummies, postal hatching egg boxes and void formers.
Foam Packaging
CS Manufacturing can produce foam end caps or fully enclosed packaging suitable for protection of electrical goods. A light weight closed cell non-crossed linked polyethylene foam is used, which is designed to absorb knocks and scuffs in transit, when it is not practical to use polystyrene due to small particles and dust.
Closed cell crossed linked Plastazote foam can be die cut, suitable for point of sale display or packaging in assorted colours and thickness, plain or self adhesive backed.
