DSP is dedicated to providing high quality support and is committed to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) which is a global standard and best practice for IT service desk management. This will lead to the BS15000 when this BS level is established.
The DSP management team have over 30 years Oracle experience themselves most of which is with Oracle Applications. They pride themselves on DSPs ability to provide no nonsense high quality support and consultancy. DSP was initially formed by a founding director at Relational Concepts Ltd (RCL) just prior to RCL being taken over by Morse.
