All our systems small or large will be commissioned and a full COSHH L.E.V. test by our expert engineer and a report is produced to HSE legislates which is a legal requirement under the HSE.
All of our ducting is manufactured in the UK with a unique rolled edge formed directly onto the end of the duct. This makes our ducting far stronger, so that it is easier and faster to connect, dramatically reducing installation time. Less supports are required and complex design can be assembled very rapidly.

We would like to offer you our expertise in providing a full COSHH LEV test and report of your extraction system in accordance with the Health and Safety Executive of the U.K Government Legislates. COSHH LEV systems need a thorough examination and test within every fourteen months.
Environmental Dust Solutions can undertake a full inspection of your COSHH L.E.V. system; we will forward you a report confirming the general condition of your system, complete with the results of airflow and pressure testing. These results will be tabulated and further assessed to confirm that the system is performing efficiently. Any relevant comments and recommendations will also be specified. To ensure you comply we will also manage renewal dates and contact you when you’re next L.E.V. test is due, we will archive all reports for a minimum of 7 years.
Environmental Dust Solutions can undertake Real-Time Aerosol Dust Monitoring that we feel in your line-of-work would prove to be advantageous to your company, see you as a responsible employer to your employee’s and considerate company with ECO values for the Environment. Current Legislation states “The Employer has an overriding duty and first priority to consider how to prevent employees being exposed to substances hazardous to health by all routes”. Reasons for air sampling – COSHH, ACOP.
This test can pick up and detect any of the hazardous dust(s) associated with your industry that may escape into the air, our revolutionary testing equipment can detect up to 4 different dust particle sizes and mass (PM1, PM2.5, PM4(RESP) & PM10). This test is designed to give you more in depth reporting and build on from LEV Testing, although your extraction may have the correct air-velocity and be deemed to be in working order it may not be the correct design to capture hazardous dust & vapours from your machinery.
