We sell over 1,200 different dehydrated, dried and canned products including own range of dried blends. We offer full technical back-up for each product sold supported by our BRC accreditations.
We have an extensive range of products from dry herbs and spices, through to dehydrated potatoes and vegetables, to canned fruit and vegetables.

Technical Support Sleaford Quality Foods is committed to delivering quality products and service to our customers through the provision of qualified technical, operational and marketing expertise and a sound knowledge of customer requirements and perceptions.Effective quality management is of vital concern within the food industry and we have a comprehensive Quality Management System in place meeting the requirements of the BRC Global Standard – Food, Grade A.
We operate a HACCP system, providing an assurance of food safety by identifying hazards and implementing measures for their control. A supplier approval and monitoring system is used to ensure consistent product quality and traceability.
For many years the Company has blended dried product to produce products such as fruit pie fillings, gravies, cornish pasty fillings etc. However in 2003 the Company commissioned the design and build of a new purpose built £1m blending facility.
The facility can blend and repack up to 20 tonnes of product per day to meet the demands of the largest customer. Many of our customers with in-house blending facilities, who we used to supply ingredients to blend themselves, are now asking us to supply them with the finished product.
Whilst the Company sells many of its products in bulk pack sizes it can also pack down to an infinite number of pack sizes using its Sandiacre formpack machine. This is used for products sold into the Foodservice sector and to Food Manufacturers who require smaller pack sizes or pack sizes equivalent to their specific batch weights.The Company also pack products into pots for example herbs and spices under its own "Chef William" brand and for a number of "own label" customers,
