Whatever your requirement, you can rest assured that your project will receive the utmost attention from start to finish and we can guarantee it will be addressed in the most cost effective way possible to benefit you the customer. We are able to receive drawings in all industry standard formats and files and can program our production machinery off-line using Solidworks, Trutops and Computes software. Our highly skilled and experienced team will advise on optimum production methods to improve product design, quality and reduce cost and lead times.
Our automated laser cutting and punching equipment includes the use of Trumpf Lasers and Amada Presses which provide efficient production of both short runs and volume production. Our Trumpf Lasers have a working capacity of up to 3000 x 1500mm and can machine the most complex of shapes without the need for further deburring, while our Amada Punch Presses provide high volume CNC punching capabilities with sheet loaders, part pickers and tower storage.
The newest addition to our range of production machines, the Trumpf TruMatic 6000 brings the latest processing technology to complement our range of manufacturing services. The Trumpf TruMatic 6000 combines both laser and punching processes resulting in a truly flexible, fast and efficient production machine that meets the demands of today’s manufacturing.
At Stratford Tools We operate the latest CNC Press Brake technology which provide a high level of accuracy in precision bending and forming for a wide range of materials and thicknesses. Being CNC controlled they all provide minimised handling and cycle times to give high quality and short lead times.
MIG, TIG and Gas welding processes are all carried out to commercial standards and company procedures while our Auto-fed Stud Welding and Bushing Machines can be set quickly to give a cost effective and highly accurate performance.
All finishing operations are carried out in our own finishing Facility which gives us total control of the quality in house and also eliminate the costly process of transferring components to outside contractors. Our processes include Electrostatic Powder Coating which has a conveyorised component load and unload line and two Wet Spray Booths for stoving, enamelling and acrylics.
Final front panel notation is applied on various Silk Screening Benches which are able to cover areas up to 1450 x 900mm.
For all of our assembly and dispatch operations we have a dedicated clean area. This is where we undertake mechanical assembly, riveting and assembly of both manufactured and supplied components. We can make complete sub-assembly packages ready for your production and are regularly trusted to ship straight to company production lines.
Complete Items can also be supplied ready for dispatch, packed in paper, foam, boxes or bespoke systems as required and delivered by our own transport.
