We supply GRW manufactured high precision ball bearings with either plain or flanged executions. These precision ball bearings are available with bores up to 30mm and can be supplied open or with shields or seals.

We also supply hybrid and high speed bearings manufactured from exclusive SV material with its high corrosion resistance. These are available with bore sizes ranging from 3mm to 17mm.

At IEC, we stock a wide range of FEY Labyrinth sealing rings suitable for static and rotating applications. They offer outstanding sealing with little gap width and the special design produces little friction thus reducing internal wear and heat.

Labyrinth sealing rings are perfect for use in hot environments up to 700^oC and are effective in excluding fluid, dirt and dust from components. Sealing rings are produced in standard steel and nickel-chrome steel depending on the requirements.

Bespoke sizes can be manufacture in small quantities cost effectively.

With over 30 years of experience, the manufacturer of bearing lock nuts has developed them to reduce the costs involved and simplify the assembly securing ball bearings.

The one piece lock nuts are produced at an ISO 9001 approved factory in sizes from M10 to M100 in materials including carbon, stainless steel and high carbon. They are a one piece component that works by the spring peening into the top of the nut keeping it in position.

We supply Schnorr disc springs to meet the high demands of applications in the automotive, aerospace, electrical marine and rail industries. We hold stock of over 250 sizes with 6 to 250mm outside diameters.

With over 100 years of experience, Schnorr manufactures disc springs to DIN 2092 and 2093 using corrosion resistant materials including Inconels and Nimonics. They specailise in the heat treatment of disc springs to ensure that they are suited dynamic loads to reduce failure.

We stock thin section ball bearings that are manufactured to solve a number of design problems such as space and weight limitations.

We offer thin section bearings with bore sizes from 1" to 40" and cross sections from 3/16" to 1" as well as custom designs. They are manufactured in an ISO 9001 and AS 9100 approved factory in materials including SAE 5100 and 440C steels and special materials to suit hostile environments.

Safety washers offer many advantages and are manufactured in the form of a disc spring. They are of trapezoidal cross section and are serrated on both sides, which mean that they can be used with almost any bolt or screw type.

The design of the Schnorr safety washers gives the advantage of security through mechanical and friction locking. They are available in two types:

• Standard Type 'S'
• Reinforced Type 'VS'
