Using feeding equipment controlled by our innovative and responsive self learning automation software, our powder handling services are complete.
Powder handling equipment is fed using screw or vibrating feeders integrated with loadcells and combined with batch weighing and throughput control.
Using a bespoke vibrating feeder we can provide volumetric feeding and high accuracy distance sensing devices ideal for continuous and batch processing. We also have control, monitoring and trending capabilities available.

Where equipment is not available to best suit the applications requirements we have a track record in reconfiguring standard equipment or design and manufacture of bespoke equipment and machines i.e: Lump breakers, low impact diverter valves, ball dispensing / counting.
Into our powder conveying we integrate storage, discharge and transfer, all designed specifically to suit the particular process or product.
Powder conveying can end with bulk storage in stainless steel, carbon steel, GRP, and aluminium silos. Our FIBC discharges are custom designed for bags, products, operability and safety. Cyclones and filter receivers offer intermediate storage or transit for material and include level or weight monitoring and filtration and discharging.
Sack rip and tip storage is ergonomically designed for a diversity of sacks and duties and have integrated exhaust units to minimise exposure to dust.
Pressure conveying is a traditional type of lean phase positive pressure pneumatic conveying system able to deal with a variety of materials and processes.
Vacuum conveying is a lean phase negative pneumatic conveying system commonly used for materials and processes with relatively short transfer distances and low throughputs.
Closed loop conveying has a sealed circuit recycling conditioned gas or air used for the conveying process. They type of system is often used for hygroscopic or hazardous products.

For over 20 years we have provided project management services for an array of industries, including chemical, food, mineral, rubber, plastics, paper, and pharmaceutical.
Our strong safety ethic goes into all of our services and products and covers all design and site operation initiatives. We have a full understanding of DSEAR and ATEX regulations and utilise our own 3D modelling software.
We also have pneumatic conveying test rigs available for the majority of customer's products. Our premises consist of modern offices and assembly and storage workshops enabling us to provide project management for small scale producers to blue chip.
