If retired equipment cannot be repaired and refurbished, it is safely broken down and recycled.

Data protection is of vital importance to any organisation which is why our data sanitisation procedures make it impossible for a data breach to occur from the redundant equipment that is being retired. We therefore carefully record serial numbers from all media then provide data sanitisation certificates for every type of media; this means that within five working days of your collection, you will be provided with an in-depth asset report that details your equipment to the highest level. This includes a unique, hardware associated certificate for every data drive we process, guaranteeing that your data has been securely wiped or destroyed to military standards (US-DoD 5220.22-M 3 pass, verify).
