One of the leading and longest established manufacturers and designers of all Zotefoams Plc foam products. We hold an extensive range of AZOTE® foam materials, and combined with our state of the art 33,000 sq ft facility and our in-house design team we can deliver to bespoke requirements with speed and precision.

Manufacturing facilities include 5-axis CNC & multi-head routing/machining, multi-head high pressure CNC water-jet cutting, die cutting (automatic), NC vertical & horizontal (splitting/skiving) cutting, vacuum forming, compression moulding and specialised machining (tube/cord/profiles).

Our specialist areas of expertise include: Aerospace & Defence, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Engineering and Automotive. Foam products include technical foam sheets, blocks, pads, strips, tubes, gaskets, components, parts and inserts (2D and 3D) all fabricated and converted to order/specifications.
