Complete Stainless Steel Bore-well Submersible pump- sets we are able to supply 3", 4", 6" Radial and Mixed flow type pump-sets suitable to salty water, sand mixed water. High Discharge pumps like 8" and 10" can also develop and supply as per your requirements.

CNC milling operations at L&K Engineering are capable of producing sophisticated complex parts as well as performing secondary operations. Our contemporary computer equipment and programs can support even the most elaborate geometries allowing us to meet the challenges of modern production parts.

We can bore, drill, groove, and finish contour with a high level of precision on a full range of materials. Turning can be done on one part or hundreds with tolerances qualified to meet aerospace standards.

• Turning operations performed on shafts, pins or other cylinders, concentric or eccentric to required datums.
• Turning, facing or pipe cutting machines can provide surface finishes up to Ra0.8μm when fitted with grinding and finishing attachments
• Screwing cutting using turning machines/ boring machines to give required thread form and pitch configurations

With a focus on power press spares, repairs and conventional machining L&K Engineering specialise in one-off heavy duty machining from drawings or samples. Milling

Conventional milling can be carried out on the Bridgeport which offers a 1200mm x 700mm machining bed and a z axis of 400mm.

Turning

Conventional turning can be carried on a Colchester lathe with a chucking capacity of 400mmØ and 2000mm between centres.

Tube Threading

We also have a dedicated pipe/tube thread cutting machine for 12mm to 100mm diameter threads.

Metal Work

General metalwork services offered include sawing, drilling, tapping, linishing, grinding and deburring.

Welding

We offer MIG and Arc welding for joining metal and running seams on mild steel. Welding offered includes seam, fillet, groove, and surface welding.

Sheet Metal Forming

Our Sheet metal division is equipped to manufacture production components for the automotive and engineering industry. We cater to the specific manufacturing needs of our customers. Our services include miniature metal stamping, progressive stamping, secondary stamping, custom metal stamping, thin metal stamping, small stamping, press sheet stamping, and fine blanked stamping. Our presses from 5 to 150 ton capacities provide manufacturing capabilities in materials ranging from .005" thickness to .125" thickness.
