The Lensbury

The Lensbury is a 4 star hotel, conference centre and premium leisure club, set in 25 acres of riverside gardens at Teddington in south west London.  The hotel has 171 ensuite bedrooms, including standard rooms, superiors, executives, de-luxe rooms and a suite.  There is also a shop,  spa, restaurant, bar and lounge.  Car parking is free and with complimentary wifi and river access, it is a good base for visiting attractions in the local area including Hampton Court, Kew Gardens and Twickenham Rugby Stadium.  The conference centre is a purpose-built, contemporary building with 31 meeting rooms of varying sizes for capacities of 2 - 200.  It is the perfect venue for any meeting, conference or training course.  Recently refurbished, the meeting rooms are all well appointed with all the latest audio visual equipment, furniture, free wifi and our team of technicians who are on-hand to assist from 7am - 11pm. The Lensbury is also a premium leisure club, with fantastic sports facilities, which can be enjoyed by residents of the hotel and The Lensbury Club Members.  There is a 25 metre indoor swimming pool, with sauna and steam room and a small teaching pool where swimming lessons are held.  The gym is fully-equipped with the latest Life Fitness equipment and weights and our team of fitness professionals are always available for advice or for personal training if required.  The Lensbury has 19 tennis courts, a mixture of grass, clay and cement courts for all standards and offers lessons, tournaments and matches for those who are interested.  Being right on the river Thames means The Lensbury can offer sailing, kayaking, canoing and motor boats from its watersports centre.  An expert team of watersports professionals offer lessons, teambuilding and even children's parties with a difference. The Lensbury is a family oriented club with lots going on for all ages including Bridge, sports lessons of all kinds, Holiday Kids Club and over 100 exercise classes each week.

With its beautiful riverside location, free car parking and tree-filled gardens, The Lensbury is an ideal wedding venue too.  We have a range of wedding suites and can offer civil ceremonies as well as wedding receptions for up to 200 guests.  With the en-suite accommoation available in the hotel, and leisure facilities for residents, The Lensbury is a good choice for your wedding guests as well as for the bride and groom.
